For this 10th edition, the theme is « New Equity | New Balance in Construction and Real Estate. » This reflects current issues around inclusivity and sustainability, emphasizing the need for a balance between technological advancements, social impact, and environmental responsibility.
In a rapidly changing industry, it is essential to ensure that innovation benefits all stakeholders, fostering a more equitable distribution of opportunities and resources, whether through training, access to new technologies, or city-building practices.
